Terms and Conditions

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked at least one (1) business day in advance through our app or by contacting us directly.
  • Same-day bookings are not accepted over app please call.
  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive an official confirmation notification or email.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for the following services:
    •  Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations
    • Ceramic Coating applications
    • Large detailing jobs over $500
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.
  • Failure to show or cancel within the cancellation window will result in loss of deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
  • Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings with Pure Detailing.

Payments

  • Payment is due in full after service completion unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Venmo.
  • A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
  • Service prices do not include sales tax; applicable tax will be added to the final invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Pure Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside.
  • Customers must provide access to vehicle keys and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

Service Limitations

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
  • Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, smoke, mold, or other conditions may result in additional charges.
  • Pure Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for detailing.

Liability & Damage Policy

  • Pure Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, chips, rust, fading, brittle trim, or mechanical/electrical issues.
  • In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our team, it must be reported before leaving the premises for consideration.

Coating Maintenance & Guarantee

  • Ceramic coatings and Paint Protection Films (PPF) require proper aftercare to maintain their performance.
  • The guarantee will be void if:
    • Brushed or automatic car washes are used.
    • Touch-free washes are overused.
    • The vehicle is consistently exposed to excessive abuse (e.g., salt, off-roading, harsh elements).
  • To receive the full benefits of your coating, we strongly recommend hand washing using approved products and methods.
  • Failure to maintain the coating properly will result in premature degradation, and Pure Detailing reserves the right to revoke any guarantee.

Privacy & Data

  • By booking through our app, you consent to Pure Detailing collecting and storing your contact and booking information for scheduling and communication purposes.
  • Your data will never be sold to third parties.
  • With your permission, we may use your contact details (SMS/email) to send updates, promotions, and service reminders. You may opt out at any time.

SMS & Phone Opt In

By opting in to receive text messages from Pure Detailing, you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service. These terms apply to all SMS communications sent by Pure Detailing, including appointment updates, service reminders, and customer support messages.

  1. Opt-In Consent - You may initiate to recieve SMS messages from Pure Detailing by: Submitting a booking request on our website or scheduling tool, providing your number directly to Pure Detailing for appointment scheduling, Texing our business number directly with service-related inquiry. By providing your phone number you concent to recive our opt-in service related text that will look as follows “Reply YES to opt-in to receive text updates from Pure Detailing, including appointment reminders, vehicle pick-up/drop-off updates, service completion alerts, and maintenance reminders. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
  2. Message Types - Messages we send include: Appointment confirmation reminders, Arrical Notifications, Service Updates and Completion Alerts, Follow-up Messages Related to your Appointment, Accounting or Billing Notifications, Customer- initiated Support Replies. WE WILL NOT SEND SOLICITATION OR PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES
  3. Message Frequency - Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us but typically includes: 1-3 messages per appointment, 3 additional texts per year for mantienance reminders, and any additional messages if you reach out to us via text.
  4. Opt-Out - You may opt out of recieveing text messages at any time by replying: "STOP". After opting out you will recieve one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt-in again. 
  5. Help Commands - If you need assistance, text: "HELP" or contact us at 507-414-6220 or office.pureowatonna@gmail.com.
  6. Carrier Disclaimer - Messages and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.
  7. Privacy - Your privacy is very important. Pure Detailing will never sell or share your number or SMS data with third parties for marketing. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy above.
  8. Eligibility - You must be: The Owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Amendments

Pure Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available through our app or upon request.

Agreement

By booking a service with Pure Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
