Terms and Conditions

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked at least one (1) business day in advance through our app or by contacting us directly.
  • Same-day bookings are not accepted over app please call.
  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive an official confirmation notification or email.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for the following services:
    •  Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations
    • Ceramic Coating applications
    • Large detailing jobs over $500
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.
  • Failure to show or cancel within the cancellation window will result in loss of deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
  • Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings with Pure Detailing.

Payments

  • Payment is due in full after service completion unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Venmo.
  • A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
  • Service prices do not include sales tax; applicable tax will be added to the final invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Pure Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside.
  • Customers must provide access to vehicle keys and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

Service Limitations

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
  • Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, smoke, mold, or other conditions may result in additional charges.
  • Pure Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for detailing.

Liability & Damage Policy

  • Pure Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, chips, rust, fading, brittle trim, or mechanical/electrical issues.
  • In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our team, it must be reported before leaving the premises for consideration.

Coating Maintenance & Guarantee

  • Ceramic coatings and Paint Protection Films (PPF) require proper aftercare to maintain their performance.
  • The guarantee will be void if:
    • Brushed or automatic car washes are used.
    • Touch-free washes are overused.
    • The vehicle is consistently exposed to excessive abuse (e.g., salt, off-roading, harsh elements).
  • To receive the full benefits of your coating, we strongly recommend hand washing using approved products and methods.
  • Failure to maintain the coating properly will result in premature degradation, and Pure Detailing reserves the right to revoke any guarantee.

Privacy & Data

  • By booking through our app, you consent to Pure Detailing collecting and storing your contact and booking information for scheduling and communication purposes.
  • Your data will never be sold to third parties.
  • With your permission, we may use your contact details (SMS/email) to send updates, promotions, and service reminders. You may opt out at any time.

Amendments

Pure Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available through our app or upon request.

Agreement

By booking a service with Pure Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We use a third-party service to translate the website content that may collect data about your activity. Please review the details in the privacy policy and accept the service to view the translations.
