Option 1: Delete From the App (Easiest)

1. Open the Pure Detailing app on your phone.

 2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner. 

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap the red "Delete Account" button. 

4. Confirm your choice. Your account will be deleted immediately.
 

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by emailing us: 

Email: office.pureowatonna@gmail.com

Subject: Delete My Account 

Include: The email address associated with your account 

We will confirm and complete your deletion request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

 - Your name, email, phone number, and address

 - Your saved payment methods (Stripe also removes their stored card data) 

- Your booking history and service records 

- Your membership status and account preferences 

- Your account login credentials 

Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (such as completed transactions required for IRS record-keeping). These are kept in our financial records only and are not used for any other purpose.
